Briarmere creates animated wedding invitations and fine digital stationery. This policy explains how we handle information on briarmere.com. We don't run ads, we don't sell data, and we collect as little as possible.

The website

• Browsing briarmere.com does not require an account and does not collect personal information from you.
• If you join our mailing list, we use the email address you provide only to send you Briarmere updates, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
• We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which may process basic, aggregated request data for security and performance.
• If you email us, we use your message only to reply to you.

Orders & personalization

When Briarmere products launch, purchases will be made through our marketplace shop (e.g. Etsy) under that platform's privacy terms. Any details or photos you provide to personalize an order are used only to create and deliver your order, and are deleted within a reasonable period after delivery. We never use your photos or details for marketing without your separate, written permission.

Your choices

You can contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about you and to request that it be corrected or deleted. If you are in the EU/UK, you have these rights under the GDPR.
